Conditions and Requirements
- The newly appointed agent should file a request for this service and submit its Power of Attorney to the Development of Innovation in the Economy and Patents Department (DIEPD) .
- Upon approval, all application information that the previous agent held is transferred to the new agent.
- Delay penalties are imposed following the grace period of three (3) months; and are charged monthly for 3 months (up to AED 600 for individuals and AED 1200 for companies)
