The Ministry of Economy Attains Quality Management Certificates

The Ministry of Economy adopts the best global practices in management systems, while simultaneously implementing international quality standards efficiently and effectively across the activities and services rendered through Customer Happiness Centres. Accordingly, the MOE has reaped numerous ISO certificates confirming its observance of quality management standards, occupational health and safety standards and the protection of employees, visitors and customers. The Ministry attained ISO innovation management systems with the aim of driving proactive and innovative solutions in national economic sectors.

Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)

The Ministry of Economy attained Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) in 2015, which seeks to implement a series of standards and utilise the same as a tool for institutional development. This is by invoking a set of procedures and processes focussed on fulfilling the policy of quality and its objectives and in order to meet all customer needs as per requirements. The Director of Strategic and Future Department is considered the quality management system representative.

The Ministry of Economy attained the Innovation Management System (ISO 56002:2019) in 2020.
