Conditions and Requirements
The auditor shall keep the records, files and data of his customers for a period of not less than five years with effect from the end of the last financial year in which he audited their accounts, provided that the period is calculated from the date of the judgment in case these registers, files and data are related to cases pending before the judicial authorities
