Application must be submitted by the author in person, by the rights holder or agent thereof, pursuant to duly notarised documents.
Required Documents
• Document identifying the capacity of the applicant
• Documents proving the applicant's ownership of the intellectual works or his client’s ownership of the intellectual works that are the subject of the complaint
