Fees are calculated based on invoice value as follows:

Invoice Value (AED) Fees (AED) (Updated fees)
- From 1 to 1,000 10 AED
- From 1,001 to 5,000 20 AED
- From 5,001 to 20,000 30 AED
- From 20,001 to 40,000 40 AED
- From 40,001 to 100,000 50 AED
- From 100,001 to 500,000 100 AED
- Above 500,001 200 AED
Conditions and Requirements
- The exporter should enter all the invoice data in the certificate application form.
- The factory's commercial purchase certificate must be attached if the exporter is a commercial company.
- The factory must be approved, authorised and registered in the Factory Registration service to obtain the Certificate of

Steps and Procedures

- 02Access the e-services page on MoE's website.
- 03Fill out the application form and provide the importer’s details and the invoice details.
- 04Pay the required fees.
- 05Submit the application for initial approval.
- 06The application is approved or returned.
- 07The customer may print the Certificate of Origin (does not require visiting MoE).
