Registration the headquarter for national companies in the auditors' schedule

1 One of the partners therein shall be a citizen of the State.

2. The national participation rate shall not be less than 25% of the capital and the 
Cabinet may increase this rate.
 3.The company’s contract shall be written in Arabic and authenticated before the official competent authorities.
 4. All the partners shall be registered at the record of the auditors practicing the profession. If one of the partners is a legal person established outside the State, it shall be licensed to practice the profession in its country of nationality and shall have a period of experience in the practice of the profession for a period not less than five years.

5. A copy of the certificates of registration of all the company’s partners of natural 
persons in the register of auditors of practicing natural persons.
6. A copy of the record extract and the ID card for the partners who are citizens of 
the UAE.
7. Copies of passports, having shown thereon a valid residency permit, and a copy of 
the ID card, for the partners who are not citizens of the UAE.
8. A copy of the company’s memorandum of association, in Arabic language, duly legalized and attested.
9. A valid copy of the trade licenses issued to the company by the competent authority.
10. A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies, entered with an insurance 
company that is operating in the UAE.
11.Specimens of the authorized signatures of the auditors

1. A copy of the certificates of registration of all the company’s partners of natural 
persons in the register of auditors of practicing natural persons.
2. A copy of the record extract and the ID card for the partners who are citizens of 
the UAE.
3. Copies of passports, having shown thereon a valid residency permit, and a copy of 
the ID card, for the partners who are not citizens of the UAE.
