Renewing registration of natural persons in the working auditors records

1. An application shall be submitted to the Ministry for the renewal of registration in the register of practicing auditors according to the form prepared for such purpose, within the sixty days preceding the expiration of the registration in force 
2. A copy of the valid residency permit for an auditor who is a natural person and who is not a citizen of the UAE.
 3. A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies, entered with an insurance company that is operating in the UAE.
 4. A document that demonstrates that the auditor who is a natural person has completed the training requirements of not less than thirty (30) training hours yearly within the duration of the valid registration.
 
5. the registration for practicing the profession in the register of auditors shall be 
renewed for a duration of not less than one year and not more than three years, 
based on the request of the registration applicant
6.An auditor’s registration shall be canceled in case the duration of delay in the submission of the application for registration renewal exceeds ninety (90) days, reckoned from the expiration date thereof, provided that such auditor shall have to submit a new application for the reregistration thereof, in accordance with the provisions hereof.
