This service provides entrance of the Private Joint Stock Company data which is available for the registered companies on the E-Services Portal for the purposes of uploading the required attachments and information in the ledger of Private Joint Stock Companies.

Required Documents

    • Feasibility study for incorporating a private shareholding company.
    • The CVs of the founders.
    • Attestation by the founders for completing all registration procedures.
    • Administrative decision by the competent local authorities, approving company incorporation
    • Certified articles of incorporation.
    • Statute, certified by the Chairman of the Board.
    • Bank letter indicating the deposit of capital, in full.
