This service allows customers to modify the data of the certificate of origin that has been previously approved, as it is allowed to amend only once.

Conditions and Requirements
- The exporter should enter all the invoice data in the certificate application form.
- The factory's commercial purchase certificate must be attached if the exporter is a commercial company.
- The factory must be approved, authorised and registered in the Factory Registration service to obtain the Certificate of Origin.
Required Documents
- The factory's commercial purchase certificate (if the exporter is a commercial company).
- The company's commercial invoice.
Steps and Procedures
- Login to MOE website.
- Choose the service from the list of E-services
- Fill in the application data (to be amended).
- Attach documents
- Electronic payment .
- Submit the application for approval.
- The application is approved or returned.
The customer may print the Certificate of Origin (does not require visiting MoE
