Service Fees
Fees are calculated based on invoice value as follows:

20 From 1,001 to 5,000
30 From 5,001 to 20,000
40 From 20,001 to 40,000
50 From 40,001 to 100,000
100 From 100,001 to 500,000
200 Above 500,001
Conditions and Requirements
- The factory must be approved, authorised and registered in the Factory Registration service to obtain the Certificate of Origin.
Required Documents
- The factory must be approved, authorised and registered in the Factory Registration service to obtain the Certificate of Origin.
- The factory's commercial purchase certificate (if the exporter is a commercial company).
- The company's commercial invoice.
Steps and Procedures
- Login to MOE website.
- Choose the service from the list of E-services
- Fill in the application data
- Attach documents
- Electronic payment
- Submit the application for approval.
- Obtaining approval or returning the application if there are some comments.
- The customer may print the Certificate of Origin (does not require visiting MoE).
