This service allows the issuance of a Certificate of Origin Form (A) of Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) for local products.

Service Fees
Fees are calculated based on invoice value as follows:

From 1,001 to 5,000 20
From 5,001 to 20,000 30
From 20,001 to 40,000 40
From 40,001 to 100,000 50
From 100,001 to 500,000 100
Above 500,001 200
Conditions and Requirements
- The exporter should enter all the invoice data in the certificate application form.
- The factory's commercial purchase certificate must be attached if the exporter is a commercial company.
- The factory must be approved, authorised and registered in the Factory Registration service to obtain the Certificate of Origin.
Required Documents
- The factory's commercial purchase certificate (if the exporter is a commercial company).
- The company's commercial invoice.

- Login to MOE website.
- Choose the service from the list of E- services
- Fill in the application data
- Attach documents
- Electronic payment
- Submit the application for approval.
- Obtaining approval or request in case of comments.
- The customer may print the Certificate of Origin (does not require visiting MoE).
