Service Fees
- Registration fees for individuals: AED 100.
- Registration fees for companies and institutions: AED 350.
Conditions and Requirements
- The request shall be submitted by the author in person, by the rights holder or agent thereof, under duly notarized documents.
Required Documents
- Document identifying the capacity of the applicant
- Documents indicating infringement
- Documents proving the applicant's ownership of the intellectual works or his client’s ownership of the intellectual works that are the subject of the complaint
Steps and Procedures
- Choose the service from the list of E-Services.
- Sign in with UAE PASS.
- Fill in the application data and attach documents.
- Pay the fee: AED 100 (for individuals), AED 350 (for companies).
- Audit & review by the Ministry.
- If the request fulfills all conditions, the updated certificate will be issued.
