Data Entry of Registered Private Joint Stock Company

This service provides entrance of the Private Joint Stock Company data which is available for the registered companies on the E-Services Portal to upload the required attachments and data in the register of Private Joint Stock Companies.

Conditions and Requirements

    • The approval of the other concerned authorities shall be required in the event that the company's activity is subject to those authorities.

Required Documents

    • A copy of the CVs and IDs of the founders/shareholders.
    • A copy of the identities and attestations of members of the Board of Directors.
    • A copy of the valid trade license of the company.
    • A copy of the Articles of Association duly authenticated by a notary
    • A bank certificate or a certificate from the external auditor indicating the deposit of capital, in full         
      A copy of two audited budgets for the last two consecutive fiscal years.
    • A copy of the Memorandum of Association duly authenticated.
