| Defect Description | Certain vehicle built from December 2020 until April 2021 may pose a risk of under hood fire including while the vehicle is parked, and the engine is off. Ford Motor Company is currently investigating the cause of this condition, but has not issued instructions to stop driving the vehicles under this recall. Until Ford’s investigation concludes, the affected vehicles should be parked outside away from structures and other property. |
