This service allows freezing the foreign entity branch registration for a period ranging from one to three consecutive years.

Service Fee: AED 7,500 per year
Conditions and Requirements
- The entity shall not have any labor.
- The required documents shall be duly attested.
Required Documents
- A copy of the letter from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization stating that there is no labor on the entity.
- A copy of the resolution of the administrative body of the parent company or the authorized person stating the period required for freezing and the reasons for freezing.
- A copy of a letter indicating the reasons for the entity to freeze its registration with the Concerned Authority.
Steps and Procedures
- Choose the service from the list of E-Services.
- Sign in with UAE PASS.
- Fill in the application data and attach documents.
- Ensure the correctness of the entered data and attached documents and send a message to the customer to complete the missing data (if any).
- Pay the fee (AED 7,500).
- Issue a certificate of automatic freezing of registration.
