Service Fee: AED 7,500
Note:
- The registration renewal fee of AED 1,000 shall be charged one day after the registration expiry date.
Conditions and Requirements
- The request shall be submitted before the registration expiry date.
- The required documents shall be duly attested.
- The entity may submit a renewal and amendment request at the same time.
Note:
Required Documents
- A copy of the economic license issued by the concerned authority.
- A copy of an official certificate from the parent company every three years.
- A copy of the trade license of the service agent if the agent is a legal person.
- A copy of the annual budget from an audit office accredited by the Ministry, except for representative offices.
Steps and Procedures

Sign in with UAE PASS.

Fill in the application data and attach documents.

Ensure the correctness of the entered data and attached documents and send a message to the customer to complete the missing data (if any).

Pay the prescribed fees and issue a registration certificate valid for one year, and renewed automatically.
