This service allows freezing the registration of the facility or one or all of its branches/offices in the country for a period ranging from one year to three consecutive years.

7500 AED (per years).
Conditions and Requirements
- Advise the Ministry of the Decision of the Management Body or the authorized person stating the required freezing period and the grounds thereof.
- No labor is on the company from the competent entities, whether the Federal Authority For Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security or the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, as the case may be.
- A proof that the company has frozen its registration with the competent authority.
- Payment of renewal fees for the period of registration freezing.
The company may freeze the registration of any or all its branches/offices in the State for a period from 1 year to 3 consecutive years subject to the following:

- Choose the service from the list of services
- Fill in the application data
- Attach documents
- Verify the accuracy of inserted data and attached documents.
- Accept the application after making sure that the prescribed fees were paid or reject the same and advise the company through the system of the reasons of rejection.
