This service allows the issuance of a Certificate of Origin for local products exported to all countries around the world.

Service Fees
Fees are calculated based on invoice value as follows:
Invoice Value (AED) Fees (AED)
From 1 to 1,000 10
From 1,001 to 5,000 20
From 5,001 to 20,000 30
From 20,001 to 40,000 40
From 40,001 to 100,000 50
From 100,001 to 500,000 100
Above 500,001 200
Conditions and Requirements
- The factory (producer) must be one of the factories registered with the Ministry to obtain the Arab Certificate of Origin.
Required Documents
- The factory's commercial purchase certificate (if the exporter is a commercial company).
- The company's commercial invoice.
Steps and Procedures
- Login to MOE website.
- Choose the service from the list of E- services
- Fill in the application data
- Attach documents
- Electronic payment
- Submit the application for approval.
- The application is approved or returned.
- The customer may print the Certificate of Origin (does not require visiting MoE).
