• Asking the producing or importing company to advertise twice in newspapers and in both Arabic and English (provided that the size of the advertisement is 15 * 15 cm) about its withdrawal of the product from the market within a period not exceeding two weeks
• Inform the Ministry - Consumer Protection Department that the product has been withdrawn from the market, with the Ministry notifying the quantity coming to the market and the quantity that has been withdrawn and providing a full report on the status of the commodity recovery, including the following information:
  •  Provider name and address
  • The trademark of the commodity.
  • The name of the commodity and the country of origin.
  • Description of the defect.
  • The instructions that the consumer must follow to avoid any damages that result from using the product.
  • Instructions that the consumer must follow to repair, replace and recover the price of the commodity.
  •  Publication on the Ministry's website - Consumer Protection Department in order to inform consumers, producers and suppliers in the country of the recovery process and all relevant authorities.
  •  Advertise twice in newspapers and in Arabic and English (provided that the size of the advertisement is 15 * 15 cm) that it has withdrawn the product from the market within a period not exceeding two
