Register Branch of Foreign Establishment

This service allows registering a foreign establishment; whereby the establishment must submit a request to the Ministry of Economy within one month from the date of issuing the license by the concerned authority, via the MoE's website.

Service Fees

7500 AED.
 

Conditions and Requirements

    • Ensure that the company has no branches registered with the Ministry of Economy, so that the company's branches in the UAE are registered under a single number.
    • The company must access the MoE's website and register itself within one month from the date of issuing the license by the concerned authority, and submit all the required documents to MoE.

Required Documents

    • True copy of the competent authority license.
    • True copy of duly attested authorization granted to the director together with true copy of his passport.
    • Bank Guarantee (AED 50,000) according to the approved form issued by any bank operating in the UAE. The bank guarantee shall be made for the order of the Minister of 
    • Economy and shall be automatically renewable,
    • letter from certificate auditor except Representive office 
       

Steps and Procedures

    • Login to MOE website.        
    • Choose the service from the list of services        
    • Fill in the application data        
    • Attach documents        
    • Verify the accuracy of inserted data and attached documents.        
    • The request is accepted - or rejected - while sending a message to the establishment via the eSystem clarifying the reasons for this        
    • sumbit original bank Gurantee to Ministry of Economy         
    • Pay The Fees.        
    • A registration certificate is issued valid for one year - to be renewed annually
