This service enables customers to register Emirati companies as exclusive agents in the Ministry of Economy's commercial agencies register.

Conditions and Requirements
- The agent shall be a UAE national (institution or company 100% by UAE nationals, or a public shareholding company owned by UAE nationals of at least 51%.
Required Documents
- A copy of a valid trade license.
- Agency, distribution, or exclusive representation contract with an agent - certified and validated before the official authorities (If the signature is inside the UAE, the signature shall be certified in the presence of the Parties before the Notary or if the signature is outside the UAE, the signature shall be documented by the notary or the concerned authority of the UAE and certified by the foreign country concerned, the embassy of the UAE and the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs), accompanied by a legal translation in Arabic, if drafted in a foreign language (provided that the contract states the name of both parties, their domiciles, exclusivity, location of activities, products, and services, commercial product names, approval for contract registration, contract term, documentation, and certification).
- A copy of the letter of approved signature of the authorized managing owner or a copy of the letter of approval of the signature form of the partners.
- A copy of the Memorandum of Association of the entity (when registering for the first time).
Steps and Procedures
- Choose the service from the list of E-Services.
- Sign in with UAE PASS.
- Fill in the application data and attach documents.
- Ensure the correctness of the entered data and attached documents and send a message to the customer to complete the missing data (if any).
- Accept or reject the request and send a message to the customer through the electric system.
- Pay the prescribed fees in case the application is approved.
- Issue the certificate automatically.
