Conditions and Requirements
- The agent must be a UAE national (institution or company 100% owned by UAE nationals), with a valid trade license.
Required Documents
- Application form for registering the agency from the Ministry of Economy.
- Valid trade license.
- Agency, distribution or exclusive representation contract with an agent - certified and validated before the official authorities - accompanied by a legal translation in Arabic, if drafted in a foreign language (provided that the contract states the name of both parties, their domiciles, exclusivity, location of activities, products and services, commercial product names, approval for contract registration, contract term, documentation and certification).
- ID of national agent.
- Approved signature of owner or authorised signatory.
