This service allows receiving requests for registration of individual or companies authors’ rights.

Service Fees
- Registration fees for individuals: AED 50 (for each author).
- Registration fees for companies and institutions: AED 200 (for each company or institution).
Conditions and Requirements
- The request shall be submitted by the author in person, by the rights holder or agent thereof, under duly notarized documents.
Required Documents
- A copy of the authors' Emirates ID (both sides).
- A letter of authorization to register if the Applicant is acting on behalf of a group of authors.
- A letter of authorization to register.
- A power of attorney for the author or the company if the Applicant legal person.

Choose the service from the list of E-Services.

Sign in with UAE PASS.

Fill in the application data and attach documents.

Pay the fee: AED 50 (for individuals), AED 200 (for companies).

Audit & review by the Ministry.

If the request fulfills all conditions, the updated certificate will be issued.
