This service allows an establishment to renew the registration of a foreign establishment branch. A request is submitted through MoE's website before expired date.

Conditions and Requirements
- Submit an application for renewal of the company’s registration before the date of expiry on annual basis.
Required Documents
- True copy of the competent authority license.(each 3 years).
- Official certificate from Mother company.
- MOE Certificate.
- Commercial License of juridical persons, indicating the name & nationality of shareholders .
- Finical statements for audit.
Steps and Procedures
- Login to MOE website.
- Choose the service from the list of services
- Fill in the application data
- Attach documents
- Verify the accuracy of inserted data and attached documents.
- The request is accepted - or rejected - while sending a message to the establishment via the eSystem clarifying the reasons for this.
- Pay by online certificate is issued - valid for one year - to be renewed annually.
