Request Change of Owners

This service allows the applicant/owner/agent to change the applicant/owner of the application when ownership is transferred to another entity or party during examination of an application or after the application is granted.

Service Fees

No fees required (but the payment process must be completed)

Conditions and Requirements

The original owner should request the assignment to the Development of Innovation in the Economy and Patents Department (DIEPD) by submitting an application form along with a copy of the actual assignment.
