Service Fees
- Request post-grant re-examination for patent, utility model or industrial design
- AED 5,000 AED for natural persons and legal persons
- AED 2,500 AED for SMEs and Academia
Conditions and Requirements
- The PGE in part service is eligible for only valid registration after publication of registration
- Any third party can request post-grant re-examination seeking cancelation of the registration in part within 90days from the publication date. A concerned party with substantial interest can request post-grant re-examination seeking cancellation of the registration in part after 90 days from publication date.
Required Documents
- The petitioner shall submit the reason to cancel the registration in part with supporting evidence.
