Additional Inspection: AED 750, if the complaint is for more than one outlet or company (to be paid via the eDirham system)
Conditions and Requirements
- The complaint must be submitted in writing, by the commercial agent, together with attaching the necessary evidence and specifying the location of the violating entity. The complaint should be presented to the MoE's office in the relevant emirate.

Steps and Procedures
- Login to MOE website.
- Choose the service from the list of E - services
- Fill in the application data
- Verify accuracy.
- Pay the fees
- Following the inspection, an incident report is compiled and a meeting date is specified with the MoE to resolve the issue between the two parties.
- Attempt to resolve the issue amicably, otherwise the agent is given a copy of the report together with an official letter, in case of resorting to litigation.
