- A copy of a letter signed and stamped by the commercial agent that includes the violator's details, with a copy of the required evidence (such as a purchase invoice and photos of the products).
Steps and Procedures

Choose the service from the list of E-services

Sign in with UAE PASS.

Fill in the application data and attach the required documents.

Audit & review by the Ministry.

Pay the fees, if any.

After the inspection, a seizure report shall be made and the incident shall be proven.

Review the seizure report and incident data by the Commercial Registration and Agencies Management.

Issue the statement of the incident and send it to the customer automatically.
