This service allows registered auditors to request an amendment to the registration data or the documents attached to it.

Service Fees
- Individual registration amendment: AED 100.
- Delay of the notation in the amendment: AED 25 for each month of delay. The amount may not exceed AED 250 for each year.
Conditions and Requirements
- The submission date of the notice shall be within the validity duration of the registration.
- The notice shall be submitted by noting to the data, within a duration not exceeding 30 days from the occurrence date of the amendment or the change.
Required Documents
- All documents that demonstrate the occurrence of the change or amendment (the company's trade license or proof of change from the Concerned Authority).
Steps and Procedures
- Choose the service from the list of E-Services.
- Sign in with UAE PASS.
- Fill in the application data and attach documents.
- Audit & review by the Ministry.
- Pay the fee (AED 100).
- If the request meets all the conditions, the customer can download the certificate from the workspace (outputs)
