This service allows the re-registration of an entity foreign branch, whereby any entity whose administrative registration has been cancelled may submit a request for re-registration.

Service Fees
- Fees are collected from the value of the bank guarantee that has been paid with payment of the remaining fees (if any).
Conditions and Requirements
- The required documents shall be duly attested.
- A new bank guarantee shall be issued.
Required Documents
- A copy of the economic license issued by the concerned authority.
- A bank guarantee according to the approved form issued by one of the banks operating in the country worth AED 50,000 for the order of the Minister of Economy, renewed automatically.
- A copy of an official certificate from the Concerned Authority in the country in which the Entity was established, indicating the date of establishment, the name of the Entity, the legal form, the names of the owners of the Entity, the activity practiced by the entity and the capital.
Steps and Procedures
- Choose the service from the list of E-Services.
- Sign in with UAE PASS.
- Attach required documents.
- Ensure the correctness of the entered data and attached documents and send a message to the customer to complete the missing data (if any).
- Accept or reject the request and send a message to the entity through the electronic system.
- Pay the fee (if any).
- Submit the original bank guarantee to the Ministry's headquarters.
