This service allows legal persons (national offices and companies registered in the auditors' register) to add a new branch.

Service Fees
- Request fees: AED 100.
- Branch registration fee: AED 7,500 for three years.
Conditions and Requirements
- The head office shall be registered in the Ministry's registers. The branch shall have a commercial license issued by the Concerned Authority.
- The insurance coverage of the head office shall include all its branches in the country.
Required Documents
- A copy of the valid trade license of all the branches of the company, issued by the competent authorities.
- A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies entered into with one of the insurance companies operating in the Emirates.
