Auditor Register - Branch of Foreign Companies

This service allows foreign companies registered in the Ministry of Economy - Commercial Registration Department to practice the profession in the country by registering in the auditor's register legal persons practicing the profession.

Service Fees

  • Request fees: AED 100.   
  • Registration fees - Foreign Companies Branches: AED 45,000 per branch, for three years.          

Conditions and Requirements

    • Their license shall be valid in their country of nationality, and they shall have practiced the profession therein for a period of not less than ten years.  
    • Every branch thereof in the country shall have an authorized representative registered at the auditors register for physical persons practicing the profession in the country according to the provisions of this law.              

Required Documents

    • A copy of the memorandum of association and the articles of association of the parent foreign auditing company, translated into Arabic language and duly attested.      
    • A certificate of the parent company practicing the profession of auditing in its original domicile, in accordance with the period stipulated in the Law.        
    • A letter from the parent company, naming the representatives of the branches to be registered, the authorized signatories thereof, and the place of their work in the UAE.   
    • A copy of the valid trade license of all the branches of the company, issued by the competent authorities.      
    • A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies entered into with one of the insurance companies operating in the Emirates.

Steps and Procedures

    • Choose the service from the list of E-Services.     
    • Sign in with UAE PASS.
    • Fill in the application data and attach documents.
    • Pay the fee (AED 100).
    • Audit & review by the Ministry.
    • Pay the registration fee (AED 45,000).         
    • If the request meets all the conditions, the customer can download the certificate from the workspace (outputs).
