This service allows registered persons to request the establishment of the office or company registration.

Service Fees
- Request fee: AED 100
- Registration fees for national companies: AED 10,500 for three years.
Conditions and Requirements
- One of the partners therein shall be a citizen of the country.
- The national participation rate shall not be less than 25% of the capital.
- All the partners shall be registered in the practicing auditors register. If one of the partners is a legal person established outside the country, the legal person shall be licensed to practice the profession in the country of nationality and shall have a period of experience in the practice of the profession for a period not less than 5 years.
Required Documents
- A copy of the company’s memorandum of association, in Arabic language, duly legalized and attested.
- A valid copy of the trade licenses issued to the company by the Concerned Authority.
- A valid copy of professional indemnity insurance policies entered into with an insurance company that is operating in the UAE.

Audit & review by the Ministry.

Pay the registration fee (AED 10,500).

No-objection letter.

Attach the trade license and insurance data.

Review license and insurance data.

If the request meets all the conditions, the customer can download the certificate from the workspace (outputs).
