MoE’s Laws and Regulations

This resolution identifies the organisational structure of the Ministry of Economy, whereby the minister constitutes the supreme head of the ministry and assumes the authorities delegated to him by federal laws. The resolution also identifies the organisational units reporting to the minister, as well as the mandates of various departments including: Strategy and Future, Government Communication, Information and Economic Studies, Economic Policies and Legislations, Tourism Development, Small and Medium Enterprises Development, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Development in Economy and Patents, Commercial Attachés and Offices, Trade Negotiation and International Organisations, Trade Promotion, Investment and Talent Acquisition, Commercial Registration and Certificates of Origin, Customer Happiness Channels, Cooperatives and Strategic Stocks, Trademarks and Intellectual Works, Auditors Department, Competition and Consumer Protection, Commercial Control, Anti-Injurious Practices, Anti-Money Laundering, Human Resources and Administrative Affairs, Financial Affairs and Information Technology.
