Circular of Controls for Cooperative Associations Attendance via eParticipation (remotely) for the Contributing Members of Cooperative Associations

This circular was issued with the aim of implementing the provisions of Federal Law No (13) Issued on 30/11/1976 concerning Cooperative Associations and the provisions of Ministerial Resolution No (1 - 50) of 2021 regarding the Regulations Governing Holding General Assembly Meetings of Cooperative Associations; as well as to ensure the fulfillment of legal requirements and the protection of shareholder rights. The circular identifies all the obligations of cooperative society boards and service providers, in addition to the rights and obligations of shareholders.
