Steps and Procedures
- 01Submit the application form via the Ministry of Economy's website: www.economy.ae.
- 02The application is referred to the competent department for consideration and the applicant is officially notified of the decision.
- 03Following payment of fees, the applicant publishes an announcement in two local Arabic newspapers - at his own expense - for one day only
- 04Upload a scanned copy of the local publication, attach to the online application and issue the renewal certificate.
- 05Publication in the trademarks bulletin.
Note: The customer can complete all steps without any intervention by the department and prior to publication of the official bulletin.
