The Ministry of Economy is the Competent Authority to Receive Competition Complaints
The Ministry of Economy provides businesses and relevant entities with dedicated channels for submitting complaints related to competition. The application is submitted online through the website of the Ministry of Economy. The Competition and Consumer Protection Department studies the complaint, reviews the evidence and required documents, communicates with the complainant and the defendant and takes the necessary measures in this regard. Businesses and parties of interest can submit complaints to the Ministry of Economy regarding competition violations. The Ministry received three competition complaints in 2020.

Businesses and other interested parties can submit a complaint to the Ministry of Economy regarding competition violations. The complaint shall include the following information:
The complainant or complainants
The party or parties against whom the complaint is filed
The law provisions claimed to have been violated
The facts related to the violation of the law provisions
The practices claimed to have been violated
The documents and evidence supporting the complaint
