Abu Dhabi International Airport, Al Ain International Airport and Al Bateen Executive Airport were declared free zones in 2011 overseen by Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone. With an ideal investment structure for companies specialising in aviation, space, defence, logistics, ICT and light industries, this free zone spans an area of more than 12 square kilometres, with mixed-use commercial districts including facilities, storage units, commercial offices and land for projects. The free zone also provides complete office solutions for a wide range of sectors.
