As part of the UAE’s efforts to enhance the attraction and retention of global talent in the country’s strategic sectors,
the Ministry of Economy launched the national strategy to attract and retain global talent with the aim of creating
the appropriate environment for placing the UAE among the best countries in global talent competitiveness indicators,
by formulating an integrated governance framework that ensures availability Talents and skills capable of supporting
the UAE's ambition and its relentless quest to enhance its presence in many specialized scientific fields.
