Encouraging entrepreneurship and creating job opportunities among young people
The Taziz Programme for the development of SMEs by Ajman Department of Economic Development aims to encourage citizens to engage in economic activity, support their projects, create more job opportunities, provide an investment environment that incubates entrepreneurship and develop small and medium enterprises, and enable more citizens of the UAE to participate in building the business sector in Ajman. The programme aims to support projects in manufacturing, tourism, outsourcing, digital media, and logistics.

Contracting opportunities with government agencies
Members of Taziz Programme for SME Development in Ajman gain advantages from the benefits of allocating 10% of the total government contracts annually, giving them priority in bids, participating in training programs and exhibitions, feasibility studies and providing advisory services.

The Reyada Programme enables entrepreneurs to conduct economic activities from their homes in order to reduce the expenses of an entrepreneur who is no longer required to secure a business location. The programme also provides a variety of benefits, including training programmes and guidance services during the stages of launching, managing, developing and marketing their businesses. It also seeks to promote national entrepreneurship and increase the participation of citizens in economic activities.

The Department of Economic Development in Ajman supports the digital transformation of small and medium enterprises in the emirate. It also allows entrepreneurs to market and promote their products through the online platform "Noon Mahali", which helps them expand in new markets, increase their sales, and provide customised training courses on best practices of online selling.
