Dubai SME is an integrated division of the Department of Economic Development (DED), which supports the SMEs and entrepreneurs in the emirate of Dubai. Dubai SME offers a wide range of services to entrepreneurs and businesspersons right from planning a project to reaching its full potential – covering training programmes, trade licenses, funding and investment, product promotion, rating systems, government procurement programmes, and more.

Ztartup
The new incubator and accelerator, launched by Dubai SME, focusses on healthcare technology, including augmented and virtual reality, and digital media utilised in healthcare. It helps start-ups to grow and expand.
